1. Cancellation Requests:

You may request to cancel your order anytime before our livestream starts. Products that have been opened on our livestreams are not eligible for cancellation. Products that the customer chooses to leave sealed are eligible for cancellation until they have been shipped.

To initiate a cancellation request, please email us at support@pokepowerbox.com.
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

2. Refund:

PokePower Breaks acquires its booster boxes from third-party sellers. We make necessary efforts to ensure the authenticity and trustworthiness of these sellers and the products we purchase from them. In the unlikely situation that a box and/or the products it contains turn out to be inauthentic or tampered with, all customers who purchased products from said box will be issued full refunds within 1-3 business days.

3. Returns and Exchange:

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

4. Changes to Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the update.
